This is an amazing app with enough words to communicate! I would have given it 5 stars if it werent for the fact that you need wifi to make it work (except if you have already seen the video). I think there should be more everyday kind of words for younger people and they should have a video where they explain a bit about things a beginner like me may not understand! But its really a great app! Any beginner who doesnt have time for real courses should buy this, it isnt too expensive for what its for! You can use it whenever you get bored!

Really good expansive dictionary but the videos start and play too fast and you cant slow them or start them over. Maybe good for those already familiar with ASL for reminders but too fast for beginners.

Videos are way to fast, and now Im finding some wont even play ... Not very impressed considering Im learning and spent so much money on apps

Large number of words with the ability to slow the playback, & to loop the playback to repeat constantly. Unfortunately some of the videos seem to stop early, and the loop option works inconsistently.

I got this app worried i would spend money and not get what i wanted. Ended up loving the product, also how i can cache the videos i have seen so i dont always need wi-fi.

Great for catching up on my ASL. Very handy.

Thought when it said cache videos, you could pick what video clips to save (making a playlist of sorts) but its just any video you view gets saved. Also if youre offline, it still shows all words but will only let you watch previously watched/cached videos so if you dont remember what ones youve viewed you have to sift through all words.. Should have a favourites or playlist or even flash card option... Something along those lines. But is a large collection of words and videos are easy to follow.

Wide selection of words with mostly the most common variation of the sign. I keep my data on for it and it uses next to nothing. I use it daily, and find it to be a great reference, often in combination with another signs-dictionary app. Definitely worth it.

Very satisfied with this app, strong list of words, but would be nice if they were updated and added to more often. Also not a fan of this woman moving her lips with each word she signs but overall helpful app.

For beginners or someone like me who already knows ASL, this is a great app for anyone! Thanks for creating it.

I learned some sign language in 4th grade oodles and oodles of years ago. Ive wanted to get back into it but I needed someone in front of me to teach me - and I dont have time for traditional classes. This app ROCKS! I love the signers and the slow motion features. Its simple to use and has more than enough for what I need and more than I knew I wanted! Thanks for a wonderful program!

Excellent app for me to brush up on my ASL. I am always traveling to Europe five to six times a year.

I am so impressed with this app—and Ive tried a few. This is better than the more expensive ones. Worth the money. *Developers: would LOVE a history option so I could review the words Ive just looked up. Thats really helpful for learning new vocabulary.

I practice by signing songs while I hike. Good for when I cant remember a sign.
